Registered Nurse: Lead Patient Care in a Collaborative Team

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team, responsible for assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes to ensure high-quality patient care.

The post holder may supervise staff and students, demonstrating procedures and working under national policies and ward standards. Strong teamwork, communication and initiative are essential.
