Food QA Technician – Sensory & Lab Analysis

Ambitions Personnel is assisting a Peterborough-based food manufacturer to recruit a QA Technician (Food). The role covers hands-on QA lab work, sampling and data management within a GMP/GLP environment. You will contribute to traceability, run sensory activities and support investigation processes.

The ideal candidate has QA/Sensory experience in manufacturing, GLP familiarity, and strong communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
