Overview
As a Customer Marketing Programme Coordinator, you enable the Customer Marketing team to operate smoothly and at scale. You connect cross‑functional efforts, focusing on ABM programs, reporting, and programme logistics. You will coordinate events, webinars, user groups, and communications to drive adoption in key accounts. Your work helps the team land strategic initiatives and measure impact across campaigns and pipeline. This role offers the chance to shape operational engine and partner with a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational and logistical support for ABM programs and Customer Marketing initiatives
- Own and run the Mobilizer program globally, updating messaging to drive adoption in key accounts
- Coordinate attendance for customer webinars and events with Lifecycle Marketing and Customer Success
- Manage logistics for customer-facing programmes (user groups, briefing docs, vendor coordination, post-event follow-up)
- Maintain and clean team tools and trackers (Salesforce campaigns, customer marketing calendar, Highspot)
- Run weekly and monthly dashboards, track programme engagement and pipeline influence, identify trends
- Identify workflow redundancies and propose process improvements, templates, and lightweight automation
Key requirements
- 5+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, programme coordination, events, or related cross-functional support, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record managing multiple programmes and stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Marketo (or equivalent), Salesforce, and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana or similar)
- Self-starter with project ownership across many tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills; capable of building calendars, trackers, and RACI charts
- Data-literate and comfortable turning campaign/event data into weekly updates
- Service mindset focused on enabling the team to do their best work
