Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a major façade refurbishment project in Manchester. You will own a substantial 82-week programme across three occupied 13-storey residential buildings, with start in October 2026, covering façade rock panels and render works, manufacture, supply, installation and testing.

You will lead the project from mobilisation to completion, report to an Operations Manager, and work with a delivery team to drive performance, manage the façade supply
