Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Medicines Optimisation Lead

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking an advanced Pharmacist (Band 8a) to join the team at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli. The role involves coordinating a patient-focused clinical pharmacy service, working with the multidisciplinary team including ward rounds, and contributing to medicines optimisation.

The post requires a Master of Pharmacy, GPhC registration, and postgraduate qualification. On-call, weekend and bank holiday work is expected within a full-time permanent contract.
