In this Senior Investment Analyst role, you’ll evaluate and underwrite real estate opportunities across the UK, supporting acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to inform investment decisions and track asset performance. The role emphasizes rigorous financial modelling, market research, and clear investment storytelling, with a focus on data-driven decision making and innovation. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategy
• Conduct market research and due diligence to inform investment decisions
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and performance reports
• Support portfolio management and asset performance tracking
• Collaborate with teams and partners to execute transactions and manage assets
• Contribute to innovation by exploring AI and data-driven decision-making in real estate

Key requirements

• Degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment or real estate private equity
• Proven real estate investment and underwriting experience in London and across the UK regions
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; confident with valuations and cashflow analysis
• Skilled communicator with excellent presentation and PowerPoint ability
• Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and highly organised
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Must have full rights to live and work in the UK
