Overview

As a Graduate Financial Analyst Intern in Real Estate Capital Solutions, you will contribute to high-profile real estate transactions across EMEA, working with a seasoned team to advise on strategy, capital structuring, and liability management. You’ll build financial models, support pitch materials, and assist in debt advisory and capital markets activities. This role blends hands-on financial analysis with cross-functional collaboration across legal, tax, and technical advisors. It’s a gateway to shaping real estate financing outcomes within a global, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Build financial and cash flow models for real estate assets and platforms
• Assist in preparing pitch books, investment memoranda, and financing memoranda
• Support execution of real estate-focused capital markets transactions, including strategic advisory on acquisitions and divestitures
• Assist in debt advisory for large-scale financings and complex liability restructuring
• Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company analyses on real estate trends
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and technical advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle

Key requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication; additional languages advantageous
• Strong academic record with preference for accounting, economics, finance, or real estate
• Experience in real estate investment, debt advisory, M&A advisory, private equity, restructuring, or related fields
• Solid understanding of real estate valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills (notably cash flow modelling)
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
