Caravel is seeking a Real Estate Investment Professional (Senior Analyst) to join its European Real Estate team in London. The role involves full underwriting and modelling of debt and equity transactions, due diligence, term sheets, and ongoing monitoring of investments and fund performance.

You’ll work with a lean 8-person team, access discretionary capital, and have ownership from day one. 3 years’ real estate transaction experience required; salary around £80k with 100% bonus potential.
