In this Bank GP role you provide flexible, high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face, telephone and video consultations
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe safely and in line with current guidance
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse population
• Adhere to clinical governance standards and organisational policies
• Participate in mandatory training and appraisal requirements

Key requirements

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise
• Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List
