Senior IAM Platform & Security Leader

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) seeks a senior IAM leader to head a global identity program. You will own end-to-end IAM operations, drive automation, and coordinate with HR, IT Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable identity services across workforce and non-human identities.

You will lead on IAM service delivery, orchestrate access workflows, and guide strategic delivery while managing vendors and ensuring audit readiness across multi-region environments.
