Credit Platform Leader — NPV & Lending Strategy (Remote UK)

Monzo is seeking a technical and strategic leader to head the Credit Platform team in the UK. You will define the roadmap for lending infrastructure, including credit valuation and NPV modelling, while shaping risk-aware product strategy across markets.

You will hire and mentor a high-performing Credit Analyst team, collaborate with Engineering, Data and Risk to accelerate experimentation and deployment, and influence senior stakeholders on the platform’s evolution.
