Overview
In this Organisational Change Consultant role, you help clients navigate digital and AI-enabled transformations with a people-focused change approach. You will work within a high-impact Atos Amplify team to shape responses to digital agendas, align operating models, and drive adoption of new technologies. The role combines strategy, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on change delivery across private and public sectors. Responsibilities
- Develop a case for change and future state; assess client change readiness
- Mobilise adoption by building a change network, engaging sponsors, managing resistance, and creating communications plans
- Identify and address user adoption issues related to technology
- Support organisational design, roles, responsibilities, and workforce planning
- Engage with clients autonomously to tailor change strategies and ensure delivery
- Lead change management projects from inception to completion with clear milestones
- Design and deliver training programs to enable change initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and codify best practices in change management
Key requirements
- Experience in the Consulting sector with roles supporting or managing change
- Experience with collaboration tools/digital platforms (MS O365, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
- Ability to rapidly develop skills in a fast-paced environment
