Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is seeking a dedicated Key Worker to join our Alternative Education Team in Bath and North East Somerset. You will provide intensive support to young people aged 16-25 with SEND, developing personalised plans and coordinating with professionals to promote education and independence.
Travel to young people’s homes across B&NES will be required, and you will help them travel to sessions.
