Overview
In this role you will lead and grow the Family Law department in Swindon, shaping service delivery for privately funded divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters. You will work closely with Partners to drive strategy, mentoring the team and promoting high standards of client care. The role combines leadership, case management of complex matters, and active business development to expand the client base. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Family Law team in Swindon
- Manage a caseload of private family matters including divorce and financial remedy
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with Partners on strategy and growth initiatives
- Support training and development within the department
- Drive business development and marketing activities
- Ensure high standards of client care and legal service
Key requirements
- 5+ years PQE in private family law
- Strong experience in complex family matters and advocacy
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Leadership skills and desire to grow a team from the ground up
