Learning and Development Lead

Overview

As Learning and Development Lead, you will shape and deliver strategic learning solutions to boost workforce capability, leadership, and talent development. You will partner with HR, operations, and external providers to implement impactful training and ensure compliant onboarding. You’ll drive a culture of continuous learning while measuring impact and ROI across digital learning systems. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on programme delivery in a regional manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and local needs to build workforce capability
• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of tailored training programmes across leadership, soft skills, technical, and compliance areas
• Collaborate with HR partners and operational leaders to identify skills gaps and future capability requirements
• Manage and continuously improve digital learning systems and monitor key learning metrics to demonstrate ROI
• Ensure onboarding and induction programmes meet compliance standards and reflect the company’s vision

Key requirements

• Degree or higher in HR, Education, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles, preferably in regulated or manufacturing environments
• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning facilitation, needs analysis, and digital learning platform management
