Applicants who do not meet the full criteria for appointment at Band 3 may be appointed at Band 2 and supported through a structured development programme including completion of required competencies and qualifications with progression to Band 3 subject to evidence of competence and service need.
Ward A10 is a 36 bedded ward and specialises in gastroenterology. It is a rewarding, challenging but exciting ward to work on and as a team we always provide high quality personalised care.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy caring for people and providing a first class service. You must be good at building and maintaining relationships and working in a team. You will be a tactful person who is confident but patient and compassionate too. Above all, you need to possess a love of working with people and want to make a personal difference to peoples’ lives.
We are committed to supporting colleagues through organisational change. Priority will be given to staff at risk within North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board.
