Overview
In this role you will convert high-quality inbound leads into long-term client relationships for Trust Payments. You will be the first point of contact, helping prospects understand how our payment solutions address real business challenges. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to advise, negotiate, and close opportunities while exceeding performance metrics. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries across channels within SLAs
- Apply a consultative approach to understand prospects’ goals
- Identify merchant and partner challenges and map appropriate products while maintaining profitability
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with support from managers
- Meet or exceed KPIs with a view to growth
- Maintain accurate CRM records for reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Represent Trust Payments at trade events as needed
Key requirements
- Inbound, customer-facing experience, ideally in payments
- Outcomes-oriented with track record of hitting targets
- Natural problem-solver who can map products to client needs
- Strong written and verbal communication; asks the right questions
