Digital Project Controls – Senior/ Principal Consultant- Bristol & London

Overview

You will drive Digital Controls transformations for capital portfolios and programmes, embedding TT’s ways of working into a cloud platform to optimise P3M across public and private sector clients. You work on high-profile infrastructure projects, shaping operating models and advisory services, while building cross‑functional relationships. Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project controls strategies and platform setup
• Implement and optimise the Digital Controls platform to enable an improved operating model
• Deploy and tailor P3M methodologies, processes, tools and systems
• Continuously improve the Digital Controls platform and advisory services
• Produce client reports and recommendations across project engagements
• Deliver workshops in virtual and in-person settings
• Collaborate in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams on client sites and remotely
• Contribute to business development activities such as bids and proposals
• Identify and progress business opportunities and support marketing initiatives

Key requirements

• Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience
• Experience leading development of project management or controls and configuring Digital Controls solutions
• Experience on capital projects/programmes in infrastructure (e.g., rail, aviation, highways, utilities, defence, nuclear)
• Understanding of target operating models and organisational design in capital delivery
• Experience with business transformations and change activities
• Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments in capital delivery, PMO, or project controls
• Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office/Teams) and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io)
• Analytical mindset with data manipulation and presentation skills (SQL, Power Query/Power BI, Tableau, Qlik advantageous)
• Experience with project controls software (cost, scheduling, risk, reporting) such as CostX/CostOS/Procore, Primavera P6, EcoSys, Unifier, etc.
• Report writing and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to navigate senior client stakeholders
• Coding familiarity and understanding of modern computer system architecture is advantageous
• APM/ PMI or equivalent certification would be advantageous
