In this Research Scientist role, you will push the frontiers of agent-based AI and LLM research in a data-rich, academic-style environment. You will work on state-of-the-art methods, collaborating with global researchers to design, code, and evaluate innovative approaches. You will translate findings into publishable results and tangible deliverables for internal AI model development. Responsibilities

  • Innovate to create new state-of-the-art Agent AI/LLM approaches in agentic contexts
  • Experiment and develop across the research and model development lifecycle, including coding and reporting
  • Collaborate with a global team of researchers and engineers
  • Communicate findings through seminars, conferences, publications, and technical assets

Key requirements

  • PhD in a relevant discipline (completed or in progress)
  • First-author publications at top-tier conferences with focus on agent systems, tool use, or multi-agent coordination
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)
  • Excellent communication skills, clear written and oral reporting
  • Curious and innovative with ability to devise novel algorithmic solutions
  • Self-driven with the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments and handling ambiguity
