Overview
In this role you help clients raise capital and navigate strategic advisory work in capital markets and M&A. You will partner with Institutional Banking to guide financing transactions, lead due diligence, and shape investor materials for equity or debt offerings. You act as a senior advisor, coordinating across clients, analysts, and external experts to drive transaction success. The position sits at the nexus of corporate banking, capital markets, and advisory, offering impact through shaping client outcomes and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead major phases of transaction execution and business development to grow the firm
- Guide clients through capital-raising processes, including due diligence and preparation for equity or debt offerings
- Collaborate on M&A and special situations with clients, senior team members, and external advisors
- Oversee drafting of analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and investor/management presentations and supervise analysts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of client work
Key requirements
- Experience in Financial Services, specifically Banking
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking and related products, regulations, lending and credit approval processes
- Experience with large corporate clients and capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities products
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Bachelor/University degree or equivalent experience
