Project Quantity Surveyor – Oxfordshire – Roads

Overview

In this role you will drive commercial performance on highways projects in Oxfordshire as part of the Commercial Team. You will manage budgets across civil works, procurement of specialist subcontractors, and change control under NEC contracts. You will produce monthly CVRs and cash flow forecasts, and collaborate with delivery teams, authorities, and client representatives. This is an opportunity to shape cost certainty and ensure contractual compliance on large-scale road projects within a multidisciplinary contractor.

Pay / Benefits

• 60,000 – 70,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Cost planning & budget control across highways schemes
• Subcontract procurement & contract administration for specialist subcontractors
• Commercial risk & change management under NEC contracts
• Progress & financial reporting including CVRs and cash flow forecasts
• Stakeholder collaboration with delivery teams, authorities, utilities, and client representatives

Key requirements

• Quantity Surveying or similar degree level qualifications
• 8+ years’ experience on highway or large-scale construction projects
• UK Passport or Right to work in the UK
