SME Insurance Sales Specialist

Hiscox UK is hiring a Customer Sales Representative / Insurance Expert in Colchester or York. You will build relationships with SME customers, identify insurance needs, and propose tailored solutions while meeting sales and service targets.

Training spans five weeks, followed by academy sessions to strengthen product knowledge and system proficiency. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a starting salary of £25,000 and potential annual bonus.
