Senior Development Manager — Affordable Housing

Scottish Borders Housing Association in Selkirk is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead SBHA’s affordable housing development programme and oversee pre-contract development lifecycle.

You will manage feasibility, planning, funding and governance, working with the Construction Manager to ensure financial performance and value-for-money delivery of high-quality homes across the Scottish Borders.
