Strategic Partnerships Lead, Fintech & Core Banking

Monzo is seeking a Partnerships Manager for our Core team to drive strategic partnerships that enhance our core banking features in the UK. You will identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with trusted brands, scale existing collaborations, and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable value.

You will lead commercial negotiations, build long-term relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance across Product, Marketing, and Operations.
