Deals, Transaction Services – Manager

Overview

In this Manager role within Financial Due Diligence, you help clients maximise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market activities. You will lead analysis of financial and non-financial information, identify key drivers and deal breakers, and craft due diligence reports for corporate, banking, and private equity clients. You’ll develop teammates, manage risk processes, and interact with senior stakeholders to understand performance drivers and risks. The role combines advisory impact with business development as you contribute to deal execution in a global advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and non-financial business information to support deal decisions
• Identify drivers and potential deal-breakers (financial and non-financial)
• Write buy-side, sell-side, or refinancing due diligence reports for various clients
• Mentor and develop team members through the deal process
• Understand and apply due diligence risk management processes and procedures
• Engage with senior management and business owners to assess performance and issues
• Develop internal and external networks and contribute to business development
• Travel as required to client or target locations
