Associate Director – Transaction Services

Overview

As an Associate Director in Transaction Services, you will lead complex advisory engagements and shape client solutions within a cross-functional team. You’ll drive engagement management, business development, risk governance, and people development to grow TS capabilities. You’ll work with senior client management and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality insights and advisory services. This is a client-facing, high-responsibility role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead multiple large, complex workstreams in dynamic environments
• Build and sustain relationships with client management to commercialise propositions
• Identify and manage risks within the firm’s risk frameworks
• Coach and develop team members, acting as a role model and providing skills transfer
• Monitor and deliver high-quality services across multiple priorities
• Provide advisory guidance as a trusted adviser

Key requirements

• ACA or equivalent
• Extensive experience managing advisory or transaction-related engagements
• Strong personal impact and self-awareness
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, derive insights, and craft solutions
• Experience interacting with senior client management across diverse client bases
• Ability to lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
• IT skills – strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word
