Overview
As a FS TAS Manager, you will lead financial due diligence engagements within the Financial Services sector for private equity and corporate clients, ensuring effective day-to-day project delivery and client engagement. You will oversee project planning, deliverables, and risk management while coaching junior team members and supporting senior colleagues in client and target relationships. The role sits in our Transaction Advisory Services team and offers flexible working options and a supportive, inclusive culture. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of projects and oversee team work
- Plan projects comprehensively and ensure scope coverage
- Prepare client deliverables and contribute to complex analysis
- Coach junior team members and oversee their output
- Lead or contribute to diligence meetings with targets and clients
- Support senior colleagues in managing client and target relationships with presentations
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Manage WIP and assist with invoicing and cash recovery
- Pursue personal growth as an advisor with potential sector/service focus
Key requirements
- professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA)
- post-qualification deals experience of at least 3 years
