Overview
In this role you will manage and execute core accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions and up-to-date information for internal stakeholders. You will work within a team to maintain healthy receivables and supplier/payable cycles, supporting audits and regulatory compliance. The position offers flexible hours and a clear path to contribute to a growing European operation. You will engage with banks, suppliers, and auditors to uphold strong controls and accuracy, shaping reliable financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Post and process journal entries to maintain accurate records and strong internal controls
- Perform supplier and bank reconciliations to align statements with books
- Manage supplier payments for local and overseas vendors, ensuring terms are met
- Maintain customer receivables and monitor collections to sustain healthy portfolio
- Assist with VAT compliance per local requirements if needed
- Coordinate with banks and auditors to satisfy audit requirements and regulatory rules
Key requirements
- Background in Accounts is desirable but not essential
- Competent in IT (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
