As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide strategic and analytical support across UK and EMEA, guiding decision-making and performance management. Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, modelling, and commercial analysis across UK and/or EMEA, including P&L, cashflow modelling, scenario planning, and risk sensitivity analysis
- Own performance reporting and insights, delivering month-end close, variance analysis, and clear commentary
- Partner with stakeholders to drive cost control and commercial performance, challenging assumptions and guiding decisions
- Drive data integrity and analytics capability, owning financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI) and improving visibility for decision-making
- Support strategic delivery and stakeholder engagement, delivering senior-level presentations and mentoring analysts
Key requirements
- Experience in fast-paced, multisite environments with proven track record in FP&A, reporting, and performance insight delivery
- Strong financial modelling, systems capability, and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with enterprise planning and reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders to influence outcomes
