Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Lead month-end and year-end processes
- Provide insightful financial analysis for decision-making
- Partner with operational/commercial stakeholders
- Own budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
- Drive process improvements and strengthen controls
- Support strategic projects and systems enhancements
- Manage and develop junior finance staff
- Assist with audit and statutory reporting
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong management accounting and reporting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with ability to influence decisions
- Proactive approach and desire to improve processes
- Experience in growing or changing business environment
