Senior Health and Safety Consultant (EMEA Region)

Overview

In this role you will lead health and safety initiatives across the UK and wider EMEA region for a major tech-focused client. You will shape and roll out the annual Health, Safety and Environment plan, drive best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll develop training and raise HSE standards across offices while engaging stakeholders at all levels. This position offers the chance to influence safety culture and scale improvements within a global consultancy context.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive health and safety culture across the portfolio
• Develop and manage the annual Health, Safety and Environment plan for UK offices and roll it out across Europe
• Stay updated on legislation to ensure compliance
• Manage induction, training and development programme across offices
• Continually develop and review Health and Safety management systems in line with best practice

Key requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within consultancy or corporate environment with EMEA coverage
• NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) and ideally IOSH membership
• Strong ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation
• Health, Safety and Environment professional who strives for improvements and best practice
