Responsibilities

• Lead major projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategy
• Coordinate across cross-functional and remote teams to maintain momentum
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies to project delivery
• Drive material business changes across the organisation
• Collaborate with diverse business units and stakeholders
• Champion innovative customer-centric solutions and inspire the team
• Collaborate with other PM functions to achieve delivery goals

Key requirements

• Significant Project Manager experience delivering complex, high-impact change
• Proficiency in project delivery frameworks; experience with Waterfall, Agile; familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
• Experience working across multiple business units and remote teams
• Ability to design and implement innovative solutions that challenge the status quo
