Mental Health Referrals & Assessment Practitioner

Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust is recruiting Mental Health Practitioners for the Referral and Assessment Hub in Wigan. The role involves screening referrals, performing trusted assessments, and determining care pathways across mental health services.

Post-registration experience in community mental health settings is required. The post offers a part-time schedule (30 hours/week) with potential for rota expansion and travel across Wigan/Leigh.
