Music & Activities Coordinator (Elder Care)

Colten Care’s Castle View in Dorchester is seeking an Activities and Music Organiser to coordinate engaging events for residents, including musical activities, singing, theatre and games, with support from a caring team.

You will lead daily activity sessions, invite residents to coffee mornings and events, and help make each activity a warm, welcoming experience.

This role requires flexible early and late shifts with weekend rotation and offers induction and ongoing training.
