Overview
In this buy-side role, you will analyze high yield bonds and related credit instruments to support NCRAM investment decisions. You join a 23-person team focused on European and global high yield, with potential to cover multiple sectors over time. You contribute to portfolio construction and capital-structure recommendations across NCRAM strategies. You will collaborate with investors, PMs and economists to translate research into actionable ideas. Responsibilities
- Conduct bottom-up research analyzing economic trends, industry dynamics, and financial statements
- Support Global and European High Yield portfolios by researching developed market corporate credits
- Over time, cover a variety of sectors to gain broad exposure to different companies
- Make investment recommendations for the full capital structure and NCRAM strategies
Key requirements
- Previous experience in high yield analysis or similar financial analysis
- Strong understanding of fixed income markets and economic research (bond math, risk, exposure)
- Awareness of active management of fixed income securities, particularly HY corporate bonds
- Strong academic qualifications
- Clear spoken and written communication skills for interaction with investors, PMs, economists, and analysts
