Junior RF Antenna Engineer

Overview

In this role you will collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop RF and antenna systems from HF to SHF. You will work hands-on across simulation, prototyping and hardware testing, contributing to real product development. You’ll join a small, high-calibre team and engage with international engineering groups and customers. This position offers close mentorship, rapid learning, and the chance to impact live hardware and complex RF challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF and antenna systems (HF–SHF)
• Perform electromagnetic simulations and iterate designs
• Prototype, test and measure hardware in a lab environment
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and end customers
• Support RF circuit design and mixed-signal electronics integration
• Contribute to real hardware builds beyond simulation

Key requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering
• Exposure to RF/antenna design (academic or industry)
• Familiarity with CST, HFSS, ADS, AWR or similar
• Solid grounding in electromagnetics and RF fundamentals
• Practical mindset for building, testing and iterating hardware
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
