Understanding Recruitment NFP is seeking an Agile Business Analyst to support a major CRM transformation for a charity, migrating from Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce. This outside-IR35 engagement is delivery focused and requires quick productivity within an Agile team in London.
You will refine requirements, review user stories and acceptance criteria, assist with MVP changes, and help QA/UAT testing while engaging stakeholders and running show-and-tell sessions with end users.
