Overview

In this role you will define and own the analytics strategy for Club, driving understanding of how loyalty impacts omnichannel behavior, frequency, retention and CLV. You will partner with Marketing, Product and Data Science to translate data into actionable recommendations that steer targeting and promotions. You’ll lead segmentation, measurement and reporting to provide timely visibility into programme health, while shaping the loyalty analytics function and mentoring engineers. This is a data-driven opportunity in a fashion/retail context to influence commercial decisions and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own analytics strategy for Club to connect loyalty with omnichannel behavior and CLV
  • Build segmentation frameworks using cross-platform data to activate distinct behavioural groups
  • Lead personalisation and promotions with data-led targeting to improve relevance and value for Club members
  • Own self-serve reporting and dashboards for Club performance (Power BI, Databricks) and ensure timely insights for stakeholders
  • Design and evaluate tests across Club mechanics, communications and rewards to establish evidence of impact
  • Provide analytical leadership to shape how insights are produced, communicated and acted upon
  • Act as primary analytics partner to Ecommerce, Marketing and Product teams to influence promotions and customer strategy

Key requirements

  • Experience in customer/loyalty/CRM analytics in retail or consumer-facing environments
  • Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets
  • Experience designing self-serve reporting and dashboards with Power BI (and Databricks exposure)
  • Knowledge of loyalty metrics (frequency, retention, CLV, RFM) and their link to commercial performance
  • Ability to translate technical analysis into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort balancing hands-on delivery with strategic thinking and mentoring juniors
  • Interest in retail, fashion and customer loyalty, with motivation to improve long-term customer relationships
