Hybrid Service Administrator — Customer Care & Ops

Global engineering business in Northampton is seeking a Service Administrator on a permanent basis. The role involves delivering a professional customer service experience within a proactive service admin team, with hybrid working after training.

Salary is £29,650 per annum with probation review. 35 hours per week, hybrid (2 days in, 3 from home) after training, and 33 days leave including birthday. Training in the head office will be in-office.
