Overview

You will join a national law firm’s Drinks, Hospitality & Leisure team in Bristol to handle real estate work for major operators. You’ll support fast-paced, commercially focused clients across hospitality brands, coordinating with colleagues nationwide. The role involves cross-border collaboration, complex transactions, and sector-specific advisory. Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Development and pre-let arrangements
• Portfolio re-gears and estate optimisation
• Day-to-day estate management (L&T, licences, variations, easements and ancillary agreements)
• Collaborating on TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing/regulatory issues
• Supporting roll-out programmes and complex transactions at pace
• Coordinating with colleagues across the firm’s UK offices

Key requirements

• 4+ years PQE in real estate, ideally with hospitality or operator-led experience
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a national team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence working with major operator clients in a fast-moving environment
