Anticoagulation Clinic Lead Nurse

Meeveem Limited is seeking a Nurse Specialist to join a small team delivering high quality anticoagulation care across a varied patient group. The role covers all anticoagulation aspects and includes a home treatment pathway for DVT, with daily clinic coordination and dose adjustments.

The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse with a strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills and the ability to work across acute and primary care settings.
