Impactful Employment Advisor – Help Jobseekers Succeed

Right2Work in Kendal, Cumbria, is seeking an Employment Advisor to join the Employment Team. The role focuses on supporting individuals to obtain and maintain sustainable employment and will require an Enhanced DBS check funded by Right2Work.

You will work on employability programmes across Kendal, South Lakes and Furness, providing tailored support and targeted interventions to disadvantaged jobseekers and offering in-work support where needed.
