Overview

In this temporary FP&A Manager role, you will lead the three-year strategic planning and annual budgeting with the executive team, while producing monthly management accounts and KPIs. You will support the CFO with financial reporting, analysis, and operational improvements focused on order-to-cash and cost management, and drive regular reforecasts with actionable recommendations. You’ll manage relationships with investors and lenders and steer finance data governance and BI improvement projects using NetSuite. This fast-paced healthcare setting in London offers a hands-on, impact-driven finance leadership opportunity for a short-term assignment.

Pay / Benefits

• Salary range: 80k-110k per annum
• Temporary 13-month assignment

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-year strategic planning and annual budgeting with Executive team
• Produce monthly management accounts, KPIs, and reporting frameworks with Accounting team
• Support CFO with financial reporting, analysis, and operational improvements (order-to-cash, cost management)
• Deliver regular financial reforecasts with recommendations to improve revenue, cash flow, and cost efficiency
• Support CFO in managing relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders
• Drive finance data governance and business intelligence improvement projects
• Utilise NetSuite in financial processes

Key requirements

• Prior managerial experience in FP&A
• excellent Excel skills
• immediate start or 1 week notice
