Apprenticeship Programme Coach

Capita is recruiting a Programme Facilitator to join the apprenticeship delivery team at HMNB Clyde (Faslane). You will manage a caseload of Royal Navy apprentices and coordinate learning activities to ensure progression and EPA readiness.

This role combines coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement in a secure military environment, with a focus on quality, records, and compliance. A teaching or coaching qualification is preferred.
