BPL – Pricing Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive revenue through data-driven pricing and commercial decision-making. You will implement data quality processes, build automated data pipelines, and apply advanced analytics including ML to inform pricing strategies. You’ll collaborate with multiple business units, support quarterly repricing, and influence operational outcomes in a fast-paced Barclays environment. Responsibilities

• Investigate data quality, lineage, controls, and source identification to ensure trustworthy data
• Perform data cleansing and transformations to ready data for analysis
• Design and build data pipelines for automated data movement and processing
• Apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning, to solve business problems
• Document data quality findings and recommendations for improvements
• Support pricing initiatives from concept through implementation and assist with quarterly repricing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise on risk and governance in line with Barclays values

Key requirements

• Good analytical and numerical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into commercial opportunities
• Proven ability to identify financial opportunities and drive initiatives to completion with measurable impact
• Experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue optimization, or commercial decision-making with high accuracy
• Experience with large datasets and analytical tools to support business recommendations
