In this senior leadership role, you will steer Bank of America’s Digital Asset Transformation globally, shaping strategy, governance, and investment priorities within a regulated banking context. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across functions to turn opportunities in tokenisation, digital securities, and market infrastructure into concrete business cases and scalable operating models. You will oversee initiatives from opportunity assessment through approval and transition to business ownership, ensuring regulatory alignment. Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the digital asset transformation agenda and lead priority initiatives through to business ownership
• Advise senior leadership on digital asset strategy, opportunities, investment priorities, regulatory developments and execution
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities across tokenisation, digital securities, stablecoins, digital collateral, custody, settlement and market infrastructure
• Develop investment recommendations, strategic business cases, and implementation strategies for executive decision-making
• Partner with senior leaders to define client value, commercial rationale, strategic fit and success measures
• Build executive alignment and drive decisions across businesses, regions, product, technology, operations and corporate functions
• Drive regulatory, governance and control engagement aligned with risk appetite and regulatory expectations
• Oversee enterprise delivery including milestones, risks, and transition to sustainable ownership
• Shape scalable governance and operating models including decision rights, controls and escalation routes
• Represent the agenda in internal forums and external regulatory/industry discussions
• Connect regional and global initiatives to ensure consistency and avoid duplication
• Build and lead the Digital Asset Transformation capability with multidisciplinary teams

Key requirements

• Deep digital asset expertise with strong commercial judgement and strategic leadership in a regulated environment
• Extensive experience in strategy, COO, regulatory change, transformation, product structuring, digital assets or enterprise programme leadership
• Proven ability to lead initiatives across digital assets and market infrastructure
• Understanding of governance, risk, controls, and operating models in banking
• Track record of influencing executive stakeholders and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
• Ability to translate market and regulatory developments into strategic investments and executable plans
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in ambiguous, high-profile environments
• Strong executive communication skills to simplify complex topics and secure decisions
