Overview

In this role, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters for local, regional, and national clients within a reputable Leeds practice. You will join a collaborative Commercial Property team and develop a niche area after an initial broad caseload. The role emphasizes high-quality work across landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, development, secured borrowing, and charities/social enterprise matters. You will contribute to complex, high-value property projects and benefit from strong professional development and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Advise on landlord and tenant matters and other property transactions
• Manage a mix of high-value, complex property matters for various clients
• Support development projects and secured lending related to property
• Assist with and progressively lead commercial property work including charity/social enterprise matters
• Contribute to client relationship management and professional development within the team

Key requirements

• 1-3 PQE in good-quality commercial property work
• Qualified solicitor or legal executive
• Experience from regional or national firm known for quality property offering
• Experience advising on landlord and tenant law in agricultural context, sales/purchases, development, secured borrowing, charities/social enterprise matters
