In this role you will join a busy commercial property team in Wiltshire, handling a varied caseload for both commercial and private clients. You will deliver technically sound, commercially aware advice and help maintain strong client relationships within a trusted local practice. The position offers clear progression paths to Associate and Managing Associate, with a focus on quality, collaboration and work-life balance. Responsibilities

• Handle landlord and tenant matters
• Manage property acquisitions and disposals
• Contribute to development work for commercial and private clients
• Provide technically sound, commercially aware advice
• Work both independently and as part of a team to manage a diverse caseload

Key requirements

• England and Wales qualified solicitor
• 1-5 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical expertise in commercial property
• Confidence handling complex work independently and as part of a team
