Responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals for commercial property clients
• Handle commercial leases and landlord/tenant matters
• Work on development and site assembly projects
• Oversee secured lending and portfolio management
• Contribute to department development and strategy
• Operate with autonomy within a collaborative, well-supported team

Key requirements

• 4+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property / Real Estate
• Confident managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and polished client manners
• Commercial, organised and service-focused
• Experience in a Lexcel or CQS-accredited firm is beneficial but not essential
