Community Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse Specialist (Band 6)

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Community Peritoneal Dialysis Clinical Nurse Specialist to support patients on PD at home and in the community. You will lead the PD service within a multidisciplinary team, delivering education, expert care and support to patients and carers to maintain independence and life-sustaining therapy.

The role is full-time, based at King’s College Hospital, Denmark Hill, London, and requires a full UK/EU driving licence.
